At Dolce Glow, we want you to achieve your perfect sun-kissed radiance; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
